Air Conditioning Simulator — Cooling & Heating
Educational HVAC trainer for cooling and heating, temperature and pressure measurements, sight-glass observation and compressor-current training.
Product Overview

Built for practical HVAC education
This simulator turns the refrigeration cycle into a clear laboratory exercise. Students can follow the indoor and outdoor sections, compressor, refrigerant path, heat exchangers, expansion device and reversing function while observing the measurements that technicians actually use for diagnosis and commissioning.
Training can be carried out in both cooling and heating modes, allowing students to compare how temperature, pressure, current draw and refrigerant condition change when operating conditions change.
Measurements and operating conditions students learn
Temperature
Observe and compare indoor and outdoor temperatures and relate temperature changes to evaporator and condenser performance, cooling/heating mode and system load.
Refrigerant pressure
Learn high-side and low-side pressure behavior, the relationship between pressure and refrigerant temperature, and how pressure changes during start-up and steady operation.
Sight glass observation
Use the sight glass to visually study refrigerant condition and flow behavior and connect what is seen with pressure, temperature and operating state.
Compressor current (Ampere)
Monitor compressor current draw and compare it with system load and pressure conditions, helping students understand normal running current and abnormal operating indications.
Cooling / heating reversal
Study the function of the 4-way reversing valve and see how the refrigerant path changes between cooling and heat-pump heating operation.
Airflow and fans
Observe indoor and outdoor fan operation and understand how airflow affects heat exchange, temperatures, pressures and overall system performance.
Practical training topics
System sequence
Start-up, compressor operation, fan operation, temperature response and stabilization of pressures.
Cycle understanding
Compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation, with direct relation to the visible components on the panel.
Diagnosis by measurement
Compare pressure, temperature, sight-glass condition and compressor current to understand whether the system is operating normally.
The trainer is suitable for technical colleges, vocational schools, HVAC courses, refrigeration laboratories and practical maintenance training where the student must connect theory with real measured values.
